My Story

Rallye 110

Early Fascination

As a child, I loved building and painting model planes.

I remember my father taking me to the 2009 Paris Le Bourget Air Show, when I saw the A380 flying for the first time, I couldn't believe my eyes, it felt almost magical.

At around 10 years old, I had the chance to do a 30 minutes glider flight in the Pyrenees: that flight sealed my passion for aviation.

Rallye 110

Brevet de Base and PPL

I started my flight training in 2012 in Chelles next to Paris (LFPH). The plane I started to fly on was the Rallye 110.

I first got the French "Brevet de Base" at 15 years old, this license made it possible to fly solo around your base aerodrome and was a french only license.

During the next part of the training I switched to the Evektor SportStar and I finally obtained my PPL at 17 years old.

Lycée Hélène Boucher

High School

In 2016 I graduated from Lycée Hélène Boucher (Science branch and Physics Chemistry Specialty) with High honours.

UTT Logo

University

In September 2016, I joined an integrated preparatory programme for Engineering Studies at the Université de Troyes (UTT). I started a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the Institut Universitaire de Technologie de Troyes.

The last semester was done as an Erasmus Exchange within the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science of Vysoká škola báňská, Technical University of Ostrava in the Czech Republic.
I had the chance to work with international students from all over Europe in group projects.
This experience made me realise that I like working in a multicultural and english-speaking environment.

Engineering School

In September 2020, I joined an engineering school in Paris, l'Ecole Française d'Electronique et d'Informatique.

As an apprentice, I was alternating between working as a Software Engineer and attending classes.

Passionate about aviation, I chose THALES as a company, working on military IFF Products, for famous planes such as the Dassault Rafale, SAAB Gripen and Airbus A330 MRTT.

To validate my degree, I had to spend at least 3 months abroad. I chose to do a volunteering experience in Indonesia and Sri Lanka to be able to travel outside of Europe.

Volunteering

Volunteering in Indonesia

I spent 3 weeks in Tianjar, Indonesia, where I collaborated with international volunteers and Balinese locals.

The sea floors are destroyed by overfishing in Indonesia, our mission was to help restore the coral population in the nearby beaches, in close collaboration with locals.

We were building cement structures for the coral to grow on. Our impact was clearly positive, as structures from previous years were full of coral and fish and turtle population were coming back to feed.

Volunteering in Sri Lanka

I spent 2 months in Hikkaduwa, Sri Lanka, where I collaborated with international volunteers (mainly British) and Sri Lankan locals.

In Sri Lanka, plastic pollution of the shore is a big problem, and sea turtles and their eggs are poached. Our mission was to clean the sea shore, find turtle eggs and care for them until hatching and release into the wild.

There was also opportunities to give children lessons, either english lessons, sports or swimming lessons.

Our impact was meaningful, as we ensured the safe release into the sea of hundreds if not thousands of turtles during my stay there.

Software Engineer

After graduation, I joined ALTEN as a Software Engineer Consultant, with a mission at THALES Land and Air Systems.

At the same time, I started the ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) theory at ATO Alain Truchi

I passed all subjects in around 1 year, all on the first attempt, achieving 96.7% average, while working a full time job at the same time.

Simulator Overhead Panel

Homemade 737 Simulator

While studying for my ATPL exams I started building a B737 simulator which can be used with Microsoft Flight Simulator.

At this time, I have built the front overhead panel as well as the autopilot panel.

skydive

Skydiving

I began skydiving in 2016 and have since completed around 60 jumps from Pilatus PC-6 aircraft at drop zones across France.

Skydiving is a demanding discipline that develops exceptional focus, self-control, and decision-making under time pressure.

Each jump requires thorough preparation, precise execution, and the ability to remain calm in dynamic environments.

Through skydiving, I have strengthened my situational awareness, risk management, and confidence: qualities that directly translate into safer, more effective piloting.

This experience has played a significant role in shaping me into a more disciplined and capable pilot.

Alps

Time building

To get the required amount of hours, I have flown alone, with passengers or with other pilots who are now working for major european airlines.

The flights were mainly on the DR400 (DR400-120 and DR400-140B) in the northern and western part of France departing from Lognes (LFPL), as well as in the french Alps.

This time building was also a good time to share my passion with my family, colleagues and friends, who all now have very good memories in the air.

Tecnam P2006T

Bartolini Air

I joined Bartolini in June 2025.

The planes used for the CPL IR ME training were the Tecnam P2006T and P2008JC.

After a longer than planned training (because of operational reasons), I passed my CPL IR ME skilltests on the first attempt on the 28th of January 2026.

The life in Lodz, Poland was very nice, and living abroad has strengthened my will to work in an international environment.

Future

Motivated, disciplined, and eager to continuously learn, I am committed to applying my engineering background and strong technical skills to operate as a pilot with the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and professionalism.

I place great importance on procedural compliance, sound decision-making, teamwork and situational awareness, while always keeping passenger comfort and customer satisfaction at the center of every operation.

I am driven to grow, adapt, and contribute positively within a professional flight crew and operational environment.
